Poor Cooper is a street dog that was fed by someone. He was full, but really full of fleas. Then it was discovered that he had a lump on his neck. When the shy dog was finally caught, he was operated on. He was then sent to Help Point for almost 3 months as he also had skin problems. Now he can go back to his regular place where the woman is still there and our people come by every day to look after him and feed him. The place is close to where Chockdee also lives. So we will be able to keep an eye on him.
